Schedule of Availability of Service?

          Kindergarten and Elementary:   Early Registration: every last Saturday of January

Who May Avail of the Service?

         – Kindergarten age – 5 years old as of JUNE 1 of the current year.

           Learners entering Kindergarten who will turn 5 years old by the end of August maybe considered,provided that they are administered with the ECCD .

         – Elementary age    –  6 to above.

Requirements for Enrollee:                       

1.Kindergarten and Grade I

– Birth Certificate  (original and xerox copy)

– Certificate of completion (Kindergarten) for incoming Grade 1

  2.Elementary Grade 2 to 6

– Report Card (SF 9)

3.Transferees

–SF 9 with LRN

– Copy of Bith Certificate

– Form 137-E /or SF 10 with LRN

–  Certificate of Enrollment (In case of inavailability of SF  (Report Card) 

– Good Moral

Duration:  half day
